Sometimes the life transition is only the doorway.
Transformational coaching goes deeper than solving the immediate problem, setting goals, or making a plan. We can explore what is happening underneath—old patterns, beliefs, wounds, identities, or ways of being that may be ready to shift.
Depending on what is meaningful to you, our work can move between the practical, emotional, relational, intuitive, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of your experience.
We might explore questions like:
What am I ready to release?
What feels most deeply true for me now?
What parts of myself want more room to exist?
What is asking to change?
Who am I becoming?
There is no predetermined destination. The work follows what is alive for you.
I see my role as a guide and companion in the transformational process. I bring deep presence, attunement, compassion, intuition, perspective, curiosity, and more than 25 years of experience supporting people through healing and transformation.
I trust that you have an inner wisdom of your own. Sometimes that wisdom can be difficult to hear beneath old conditioning, fear, protective patterns, competing needs, or other people’s expectations.
Our work may move through the mental, emotional, relational, energetic, spiritual, and soul dimensions of your experience—following what is most alive and relevant for you.
Together, we create space to explore, discern, release, experiment, and listen more deeply to what is true for you.
Your agency, sovereignty, and choices remain at the center of the work.
You may already have spent years understanding yourself, healing old wounds, or doing meaningful personal growth. And yet a major transition can bring you to a different kind of question:
Given who I am now, what wants to change? What am I ready to release? What is trying to emerge? And how do I want to live from here?
Therapy can be deeply transformational, but psychotherapy is a clinical mental health service. It may include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment of a mental health condition.
Transformational coaching works within a different frame. You are not coming to me to be diagnosed or treated. Instead, we focus on awareness, healing, discernment, choice, and transformation.
That can still mean going deep. We may explore long-standing patterns, beliefs, relationships, earlier experiences, protective strategies, shadow material, or parts of yourself that have had little room to emerge.
The purpose is not to arrive at a predetermined version of who you should become, but to create space for greater freedom, clarity, connection with yourself, and conscious choice about what comes next.
I bring more than 25 years of experience supporting people through trauma, healing, change, and deep inner work.
My background as a therapist profoundly informs how I listen, attune, notice patterns, and understand human transformation. In this practice, however, I am intentionally working as a coach rather than as a psychotherapist.
I see my role as a guide and companion in the transformational process. I bring deep presence, compassion, intuition, perspective, curiosity, and decades of experience, while trusting your own inner wisdom and discernment to help shape the direction of our work.
If what you are seeking is diagnosis or treatment of a mental-health condition, psychotherapy rather than coaching may be the appropriate service.
Transformation often comes in waves—movement and stillness, clarity and uncertainty, release and emergence. I sometimes think of this process as waverunning: meeting what arises and allowing it to move, shift, and transform.
There is rarely a straight path through a major life threshold. Our work can meet you wherever you are in that process. You do not need to know exactly where you are going before you begin.
If you are moving through a significant transition—or simply know that an old way of living or being no longer fits—and want to engage what is happening consciously and deeply, I would be glad to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
